Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

The Grand Pull ships within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.

Packaging

All cards ship in protective sleeves and top loaders or team bags. Graded slabs ship double-boxed with foam padding.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of trading card products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work to make it right.

Preorder payments are collected at time of purchase and are non-refundable. Release dates are estimates and subject to change by the publisher.
