Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of trading card products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or changes in market value.

We will make it right in these cases:

  • Damaged in transit — contact us within 1 day of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, any occurance will be at the sole decretion of management
  • Wrong or missing item — if we shipped the wrong item or left something out, we'll fix it at no cost to you.
  • Defective sealed product — manufacturer defects on factory-sealed items are handled case by case.

Please note:

  • Sealed products cannot be returned once opened. We do not accept returns based on the cards pulled.
  • Singles and graded slabs are sold as described and as pictured. Please review the listing and photos before buying; they are not returnable for condition disagreements outside of transit damage.
  • Preorders may be canceled for a full refund any time before the release date. If a release is delayed or canceled by the publisher, you'll be offered the choice of waiting or a full refund.
